The property is split across two levels, the main living areas and all bedrooms are conveniently located on the upper floor with direct street-level access. The lower level—accessible via 15 steps from one direction or 8 from another—features a private outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing space, and a terrace equipped for al fresco dining.
